Cognitive Frameworks Festival (CFF) is a city-wide event and block party, run in San Francisco on June 5-9, 2017 and brought to you by the Framework Foundation in partnership with IBM and Galvanize.

Framework Foundation is a California nonprofit organization dedicated to combining forces of multiple open-source projects leading to reference data pipelines for Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and AI. We start with the SMACK stack.

The festival combines SF Scala, SF Spark, and Bay Area AI meetups, held at Galvanize, IBM, Chartboost, and Twitter.

We provide free Scala and Spark tutorials, from 3-hour to the whole day, and also a series of talks ranging from Spark in Adtech to Data Science experience.
